Context & Objectives

Our client is a leading service provider in the telecom solutions sector.

In the context of programmed price reductions with its main clients (the telecom operators), the company launched a vast performance improvement project to reduce overall costs by 5% per year to maintain satisfactory profitability.

The consultant was engaged to define the performance plan and help to implement it.

Procedural approach

  • Development of the entire Top-Down performance plan and validation by a Bottom-Up approach to ensure consistency
  • Development of the project’s internal communication
  • Implementation of the PMO (project management office): project monitoring template, setting up of steering committees, project review and a summary of performance and progress of the entire project
