Our client is an international pharmaceutical group. The client has recently implemented a new sales process at the Group level.
To best address its customers within the framework of this new process, we were asked to identify and explore the various issues in their main product’s value chain.
- Decomposition of the value chain
- Characterisation of the development strategies of the various actors in the chain
- Economic modelling of the main links in the value chain
- Identification and assessment of risks (financial impact & probability of occurrence)
- Modelling of the evolution of supply, demand and price
