Context & Objectives
Our client is an organisation that operates holiday villages
Hit hard by the pandemic and facing many uncertainties relating to operational authorisations, our client wished to be accompanied by an interim VP in order to build and launch a performance plan for the company in France
Procedural approach
- Revision of the 3-year plan established by consultants in the pre-COVID period
- Establishment of several successive budgets taking into account current events and government authorisations
- Construction of a performance plan with the CEO and all members of the Management Committee and their teams
- Presentation, discussion and validation with the board of shareholders
- Joint communication activities with members of the sector directed towards the Ministry of Industry and Finance
Results
- Financial trajectory redesigned to one year and three years
- Better understanding of financial dynamics by all staff – a less tense social climate
- First performance projects launched
- Better understanding by the Government of the economic and social issues related to the sector
