Procedural approach
- Structuring of the transformation & performance plan
- Structuring and implementing the overall governance of the transformation
- Definition and implementation of a specific methodology for project monitoring
- Training of all contributors in tools and methodologies
- Definition of projects (framing, scope, challenges, approach, planning, resources, aim)
- Implementation of the transformation:
Daily support of the transformation management and project managers in achieving objectives (from the structuring of their projects to their implementation)
