This regulation impacts banks in 3 major aspects in particular:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>the implementation of strong customer authentication (SCA)<\/li><li>the secure release of bank data to third parties via APIs<\/li><li>strengthening regulatory reporting.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The consultant engaged by our client was in charge of the PDS2 compliance programme management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedural approach<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Construction of the back-planning and division of the project into projects\/sub-projects with the project managers, taking into account the associated deadlines<\/li><li>Implementation of comitology (piloting committee, customer points, etc.) by integrating the Agile mode<\/li><li>Support for the construction of specifications<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Results<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Preparation with all the group&#8217;s brands before the work was carried out<\/li><li>100% of customers equipped with SCA<\/li><li>Putting PDS2 APIs into production<\/li><li>Establishment of regulatory reporting<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Context &amp; Objectives Our client is a large French bank which has launched a programme to comply with PDS2 regulations.
